ARM driver reports protected memory feature support. But when we enable the feature, even if the feature is not been used (i.e., no memory or queue is created with protected bit), we still see quite large performance drop, mainly due to excessive load/store unit activity. This CL disables this feature on ARM platform until we can find a good solution for it.
