This patch changes fastboot to always use the hardcoded buffer declared by CONFIG_KERNEL_START for downloaded images (instead of allocating buffers on the heap). This patch should make no functional difference and makes the fastboot code more in line with other boot methods such as (mass-storage-based) vboot and netboot. Downloaded fast boot images aren't always kernels, but that is fine since that buffer isn't needed for anything else on those occasions either. BRANCH=None BUG=None TEST=Verified that fastboot works fine on smaug and veyron_shark. "fastboot boot" works as well.
