Add accelerators for submitting the timesheet to server

Fadi Abou Younes requested to merge fayounes-add-submit-accelerators into master

I suggest that we add some accelerators for the following:

  • Submit Report to Server for this week (Ctrl-S)
  • Submit Report to Server for last week (Ctrl-Shift-S)

I also suggest to remove the Ctrl-S and Mod-S accelerators from the task filter grab focus event given that is has already Ctrl-k associated with it.
