Subject: [PATCH] pwm: gpio: Switch to use hrtimer_setup()

hrtimer_setup() takes the callback function pointer as argument and
initializes the timer completely.

Replace hrtimer_init() and the open coded initialization of
hrtimer::function with the new setup mechanism.
