Restrict the container's access to only the necessary USB devices, i.e.
Cr50/Ti50 and the respective Servo debug interface. This ensures that
tools like futility can operate safely without the risk of
accidentally reading/writing the wrong device when multiple Chromebooks
are connected to the host pc.
