Add deployment and LAVA team roadmap

Thanks for including all the features we discussed!

I understand the goal of this MR is to collect all the roadmap items in a single place. This will make e.g. lab-deployment-plan.md public on https://lava.pages.collabora.com/docs/.

Should we drop bits of information that previously might have been internal after merging this MR and publishing new subpages for LAVA docs?

@pawiecz - Can you give me some examples of what you're suggesting?

Sure - I thought about LAVA infra and tools setup guide (and e.g. your MR !455).

Or maybe we should maintain these task lists in parallel and move items between these lists? Let me know what you think.
