interactive: Add script-level "echo: discard" option · 6aaac2c5

If specified, after sending a command, next output line will be
discarded (after logging), assuming that it contains the output
echo of the command characters. (Note that it may also contain
various escape sequences related to line editing support (readline,
etc.), and sometimes duplicate prompts, etc.)

This option allows to avoid false positive matches for success/prompt
strings. For example, suppose a trivial test for a typical POSIX shell's
echo command: a test sends "echo foo", and looks for "foo" in the output.
Even if the "echo foo" outputs "bar", this test may "succeed", because
the actual output seen from DUT will be:

      ---
      echo foo
      bar
      ---

where the first line is just an echo of the input command.

      Fixes #351.
