Subject: [PATCH] Documentation/admin-guide: kernel-parameters: update CMA

Add qualifying build option legend [CMA] to kernel boot options
that requirce CMA support to be enabled for them to be usable.

Also capitalize 'CMA' when it is used as an acronym.
