aptly: Add timestamp to log output
requested to merge adalessandro/open-build-service:wip/adalessandro/aptly-log-timestamp into collabora/staging
Currently, aptly module is logging to /srv/obs/log/aptly.log without a
timestamping, which makes it difficult to debug.
