Install demo package and force apt output

Install a demonstration package as part of the final rootfs build so
it's slightly more interesting;

Unfortunatly apt outputs \r\r\n in some cases which confused gitlab
terminal so add some sed magic to turn that into a normal \r\n.

Split and cache

Seems the apertis image builder, probably accidentally, use busybox-gzip
as gzip which is horrendously slow. Normal gzip would be a few times
faster and pigz is even faster; So for pigz to be gzip instead

To speedup builds use a base recipe that rarely changes with a main one
on top for the final additions; Also cache the base via gitlab to make
things really move quite fast

Improve networking setup for nfs based systems

Switched to systemd-network as the network configuration daemon and set
it up to keep configuration such that it takes over what was setup in
early boot for nfs root
