Include <fcntl.h> instead of <sys/fcntl.h>

<fcntl.h> is POSIX. On Linux, <sys/fcntl.h> simply includes
<fcntl.h>, so there should be on difference. On Android
likewise, except that there is some more stuff. QNX has
only <fcntl.h>.
