Some boards are failing to pass the Usb3StorageSpeed test due to slow data transfer rates. Due to name shadowing of the variable `ctx`, the routine is not running under the shortened context. Therefore, we don't have enough of time to run the cleanups when the routine times out. One consequence of this issue is that subsequent camera tests might be affected by the cleanups not being run. Also, it's unnecessary to have two cleanup context. Merge them into a longer one.
