chipset-mt8186: use upstream-next kernel

Arnaud Ferraris requested to merge wip/aferraris/corsola-R118 into kernelci/release-R118-15604.B

Boards based on mt8186 should be relatively well supported by the upstream kernel built by the SDK, so enable it.

direncryption_allow_v2 is disabled because the cryptohome build fails when building with the upstream kernel.
