ARM: Tegra: Update Nyan-Blaze pinmux

Update pinmux for Nyan-Big to latest tegra-pinmux-scripts, taken from
the chromeos-3.10 tree.

Active pulls on USB and SDHCI (EMMC) prevent electrical noise from
bringing USB down whilst the EMMC is active, observed by intensive
EMMC activity causing disconnects (and no subsequent HPD IRQs) occurring
on the external USB ports.
