technically eDP PHY is a combined eDP/HDMI PHY with the HDMI part
already being supported. To simplify things just handle it as its own
series.

Cristian send patches to enable support for the second HDMI controller.
Apart from that we have people working on audio and CEC support, so it
makes sense to mark them WIP. Last but not least add an explicit line
about Fixed Rate Link (FRL) and Audio Return Channel (ARC), both are
not yet supported upstream.

The RK3588 has two eDP controllers, which share a PHY with the
two HDMI controllers. The EVB1 and the Rock 5B both opted for
using the two eDP/HDMI PHYs in HDMI mode and expose two HDMI
ports, so this functionality is not available on them.
