Add UCM configuration for the Rock 5B board, enabling the analog audio support powered by the Everest Semi ES8316 codec. This requires the alsa-ucm-conf package, to provide the UCM infrastructure.

Additionally, install the alsa-utils package, which provides several utilities for configuring and using ALSA.
