Group bisections by commit hash

Clarify our data visualization by reducing a lot of duplication and consolidating the data from bisections landing in the same commits.

While it improves the visualization a lot, it is just a first step. We have further consolidation once we start matching with Test regressions and understand the hierarchy of trees, so when we could exclude regressions from maintainers tree if the show up in mainline already.
