templates: show correct kernel and commit info for regressions

The regression template showed a couple of empty fields: kernel and commit. A regression isn't related to a specific kernel version and commit, but to a collection of them. Show the interesting kernel versions and commits in the summary instead: last passed, first failed and most recent failed.
