added vim3 boards to the docs and removed kevin-0

Removed Kevin-0 from the shelf and network detail. Added the 2 vim3 boards to the shelf and the network detail. Removed minnowboard-max usb hub connection detail. Changed the PMS connection details from 'socket' to 'port' so it is more in line with the configuration on baobab.
