docker/collabora: Do not auto generate migrations

Igor Ponomarev requested to merge collabora-staging-do-not-auto-generate-migration into collabora/staging

Auto generated migrations will desync the database and make rebasing aganst upstream much more difficult.

Instead only use migrations from the source code.
