Add support for error detection in Depthcharge

Add support for error detection in Depthcharge. Define default list of Depthcharge error patterns in the base template and allow up to 3 occurrences of Receive failed. error before failing. Define a custom version of the bootloader-commands action for Depthcharge, to allow detecting errors before final_message.
