WIP: upstream G2 to support HEVC

Benjamin Gaignard requested to merge benjamin.gaignard/for-upstream:T26102_upstream_g2 into media_tree_v5.11-rc6

These patches aim to enable G2/HEVC support on upstream media_tree tag v5.11-rc6. In this patchset the control block is implemented has a reset driver, that allows to have a node for each VPU (G1 and G2). I have update/create bindings to macth with this new split.

It is a draft so comments/remarks are not than welcome :-) I'm still little uncorfortable with the references pictures management inside hantro_hecv.c file so if someone can have a lokk on it that will really help me, thanks.
