lava/testjob.yaml: Increase deploy timeout to account for rootfs download time

The weston and particularly GNOME rootfs are quite large, reaching over
1GB, and need more time to be downloaded, particularly when the
bandwidth is shared with other LAVA jobs downloading artifacts
simultaneously. Increase the timeout to a sensible value.
