While debug the missing debian/changelog issue in MoM that I found there is a delta on the old host that were not included in the package.

This was a fix for duplicated entries in debian/changelog. I have applied the delta on mom.apertis.org to avoid duplicated entries in debian/changelog in the merged packages. Please accept and integrate this missing delta into the package. (Apertis: T4288)
