T7859: init_buildsystem: Move hostname ip entry to the end of /etc/hosts

This is to discuss the /etc/hosts configuration regarding bug https://phabricator.apertis.org/T7859
spymemcached package is FTBFS because a test expects a reverse lookup of 127.0.0.1 to return localhost, but current /etc/hosts configuration returns the hostname instead.
I don't see any reason to the above configuration, although it's been explicitly added to OBS init script.
