The libtool url patch was necessary at the time as the build server
would always be redirected to a mirror site that was down. That mirror
site is now back up.

The gst-omx recipe commit that also introduces the rpi variant was
merged and so at the time of this commit, we only patch just to provide
RPi build support for gst-plugins-base.

This is so that we can configure gst-plugins-base
to be built against the RPi's implementation of EGL
before proper support is added
