Provide installation process that just work

Nicolas Dufresne requested to merge update-readme into main

This MR introduce packages to ease downloading and installing the demo image. The artifact are scattered and hard to find, so the packages is to work around this. We also fix various oops so that its easy to flash the SD card, copy the demo in the userfs so that the SD card just work.
