Nirbheek's change doesn't work for android cross-compiling because of type mismatch.

should be replaced with, or changed to similar

e09b2ff9 build.py: Add exe_wrapper when it is not None

In addition, for android build, it requires handling environment variables trick.

I don't have idea how I can send properly for unmerged patches. @xclaesse Can you squash and resubmit them if my patches are acceptable?
