Make build logs more informative

Add patches to include more information in Debian packages' build logs

This vaguely mimics sbuild, which is used on official Debian buildds. I frequently read OBS build logs and wish they were as informative as sbuild logs.

This includes and depends on !13 (merged).

Some (all?) of the new patches from this MR should probably be upstreamed eventually, although as with !13 (merged) it would probably be a good idea to test them in a live environment first.
